We are certified trainers having completed our training with The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. Our training is approved by The British Psychological Society.
We received specialist tuition in mindfulness approaches including the Mindfulness Now Programme which includes key elements of the evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) approach.

Amanda Dickinson
I bring over 25 years of senior leadership experience as a former headteacher, deputy headteacher, senior leader and associate school adviser. I have embedded mindfulness strategies into my leadership roles. As an advocate for wellbeing, I have developed and successfully implemented a culture of mindfulness within the workplace, recognising its profound impact on staff engagement, productivity and emotional resilience.
With a strongly embedded personal practice of mindfulness, I have also experienced first hand the transformative benefits of this approach. I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others. My expertise both as a leader and mindfulness practitioner offers a dual perspective on how mindfulness can enhance both personal and professional lives. I believe that cultivating awareness, emotional balance and presence not only strengthens leadership but also creates healthier, more compassionate workplaces where people are empowered to thrive.

Jessica Dickinson
I am a business graduate with a personal mindfulness practice that I have cultivated since my early teenage years. Deeply passionate about the transformative benefits of mindfulness, I am committed to sharing how these practices can significantly enhance business environments. With a firm belief in mindfulness as a tool to improve focus, reduce stress and foster positive workplace cultures, I am dedicated to showcasing how mindfulness can drive productivity, improve employee wellbeing and create a more harmonious work environment.
Having worked in corporate environments, including at a global company, I have an understanding of the business world. As an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) I am equipped with a deep understanding of human resources and effective people management. I am well positioned to align mindfulness techniques with business objectives ensuring that the needs of both employees and employers are met.
